Front Grill badge for Pre Facelift plse see post 13
I purchased a badge for a facelift but I think I have been sent a pre facelift grill badge or a combination for facelift and pre facelift. There is a chrome surround to the badge. It is brand new.
This is the chrome surround https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID001816 but this is the badge https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-DAD000021 I'd like to recover my costs so it is £18 plus postage please PM me you want to buy it. macafee2 Last edited by macafee2; 21st August 2022 at 18:28.. |

Face lift badges
The embossed ones are mainly for the 25/45 but the 75 can also have them fitted
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233147370...Bk9SR4r47_rWYA The one you are referring to is the original alloy stick on badge below. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/303883395...3ABFBMiPjv-tZg

They were a replacement for the original alloy one as they used to fade whereas the embossed ones seemed to last longer. Rob used have loads but they all got sold, then i think Dominic had a batch.

The alloy facelift badge were from 2004 onwards, the embossed one were a replacement for those, but don't think they were fitted from factory, unless maybe as stated above. unusual for your car not to have the alloy badge ? someone may know why, put a photo up of yours. I changed my first tourer badge and added the original embossed badge to it. 1 Red tourer as alloy badge. 2
