To add to the above and for those not initiated in the world of Canon, the above list is a list of the rebates you receive after you buy one of the above listed items.

So, if you bought an EOS 400D camera inside the box you'd find a little voucher book. In the voucher book you'll find a form for the EOS 400D. Fill it in and send it along with proof of purchase and all other required information to Canon. A few weeks later you'll get a cheque back for £50. Nice eh?

I thought the 30D offer capped at £65? Having said that I was credited for a 400D at £50, after receipt I complained (I had bought a 30D) and they refunded an additional payment of £100 (£150 in total!).

My 30D with kit lens cost £450 after the rebate!

I will be placing my order with Kerso for a 24-70 f2.8 L in the next few days. To take advantage of his low low prices and in the knowledge I will get a £90 refund from Canon .

Hey Tootall, guess you now know who I am .

They are slow, but more importantly have you recieved an email with a tracking number for your application? If so you can check the status online. I had a major palavour as you can see above, I resorted to phoning them and it was resolved very much in my favour.

Quote from the Canon website:

Q. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, who do I call?

A. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours please call the following lo call number:

Ireland 1850 930 278

I bought my Canon 70-300mm IS US lens from Kerso. Very fast delivery!
It was £100 rebate for the 30D in January this year.
