Morning Phil. Thanks, Yes a huge relief, I'll swot up on that McMillan prostate cancer booklet they gave me to know exactly what the other alternatives are, I'd like it gone altogether but if the hormones/radiotherapy is viable I'd like to go down that route if the consultant thinks it OK, We'll just have to see what he says. Blimey! your brother has certainly been through the mill dealing with his prostate cancer hopefully the new treatment does the job. Good luck with your treatment & hope all turns out well.

That's a shame Steve hope you can sort it out. Maybe online model car sites might have some!

Morning. Bit grey here, overnight rain.Been looking Ian, there's an extremely limited selection of mirrors in that scale (1:43), most are more modern. Have thought about making them but the mirror head is tiny, something like 1mm square.

1mm--? That is very small. Not much bigger than a spark plug gap.--

We have a friend who was diagnosed with Prostate cancer 3 years ago. He did not want to have surgery or radiation. Instead he went to the Princess Grace Hospital in London and had private ultrasonic radio waves to shrink and eradicate the cancer. Apparently this treatment enabled him to maintain manly abilities and helped him to preserve his sexual functions. Both were achieved in eradicating the cancer and keeping him sexually active. His health insurance stopped providing cover because his condition was chronic, so I suggested his cancer treatment was taken over by the Royal Marsden NHS, a national cancer hospital. He is now being followed up by them. A year later, the cancer returned and spread to his bones, but he is doing well on hormone injections once a month which he gets from his GP and hormone tablets he takes daily. |

Can't win can you. New hoover was delivered earlier just as I was going out, went out, got the shopping, home, did two lots of washing, repaired a broken handle on the bathroom cupboard, repaired Ging's USB electric fan that she takes to work. She got up (nightshift) to go to the loo, "why haven't you assembled the new hoover yet?"

Tonight mum’s will likely pass the tonight, she will possibly pass the the night . We know she had been asleep since she arrived to hospital, tonight when we said we are home and she smiled and smiled to both me and my wife. This seems me to think she could well pass away tonight, will tell once I know what happens.
