North East T4 for new IPK
Does anyone know or has anyone had a new IPK setup by a garage or person with access to a T4 machine, in the North East area of the UK (as near to Middlesbrough as possible)
Also does anyone know or have had a try to setup a laptop to connect to the OBD2 socket and do it themselves |

A BIG thankyou to Big Russ
Quote:
Had my new IPK installed & matched to my car today by Big Russ. Top man & top job, would highly recommend anyone interested in changing their IPK to one with message centre or who may want some T4 diagnostics carrying out contact him. Russ very kindly ran through lots of diagnostic screens on the T4 and set my mind at rest that pretty much everything is as it should be (anyone who may have seen one of my previous threads will have read than I had concerns over the mileage recorded on the car) The only issue that the T4 picked up was that my fan is not kicking in at low & mid speed, but Russ informed me that this is a common failure that is easilly rectified by upgrading the fan resistor, so I'll be doing yet more reading on the how to section. So once again I would like to say a very big thankyou to Big Russ |
