Already saw your pics and vid, Hans-Peter . Nice looking job .

I may change the speakers at some stage, but I'm quite happy with the audio at the moment.

One of the jobs I must do is to get the remote steering control working. At you pointed out in your thread, the Kenwood adaptor does not work on this head-unit for some reason. So I got the IR remote and have ordered the PAC-SWIX. Hopefully that should sort it out.

You don't need the Steering wheel Control - really. Everything is working fine through the Touchscreen and the Volume Control Switch. I'm thinking to buy the Original Remote Control for the 5220 and place it where I can use it best...sometime...

I gotta say I really miss the steering controls.

I got this replacement remote. The originals are about £30 plus postage . The replacement seems to operate all the functions that I require.

Yep, it was a tough decision though Rob.

The Kenwood has probably cost about 3 times the price of the Chinese HU and I suppose I really should question whether its worth it. There is no doubt that the audio is much better and the GUI is also much improved but was it worth 3 times the price?

Anyhoo I try and finish off the fitting next weekend and post a few pics.

People are always looking for entertainment and interesting. Their entertainment like what you mentioned the car DVD player devices can provide you with a lot of good. First, it is used to make you happy, at any time you like. You can turn on the television and movies. The second thing is you can be updated with the latest technology and equipment. If you have an iPod, maybe you are the latest trend in his entertainment. As previously mentioned, it can bring you entertainment anytime, let you know the latest technology, especially add value to your car. The device is placed in your own car is available in the market has different characteristics and style.
