I love the idea, and the mod, but has anyone with a ZT done it yet? And if so, does it still work? I wouldn't mind being the first guinea pig if not...

Brilliant! I saw a very nobby Merc with a boot opening like that the other day and I thought 'what a poseur'. Now I realise I was only jealous and I want the Raptor to do that as well!

Sorry Gaz, they won't work on the tourer due to the very weak fixing points of the gas struts on the tourer bodywork. The saloon uses stronger purpose made hinges.

Steve - Please tell me the size of the springs which you use. Spring length, the Outer diameter inner diameter, number of turns, diameter витков. effort of compression. And dimensions hub - Inner diameter, length, and what kind of material. And dimensions washers.
