Its a rare colour called invisible blue
If you're near the car, look at the vin plate (passenger side B pillar), it will give you the 3 letter colour code. Post that code up (ie JFM = Royal Blue) then we can tell you

also is poss to still get the touch up pen/paint i looked in halfords they do have some rover blue but not my colour
