I would be inclined to hold out for a set of Ash Grey standard mats with the metal eyelets, similar price and great quality.

To be fair, £55 is'nt a bad price for a set of OEM car mats. That was certainly the price of them from a dealer, as the Rimmers price testifies (they are Xpart RRP)
Certainly cheaper than a friend of mine paid for Genuine Volvo ones (£90) Im afriad, if you want OEM, it costs |

I agree, I paid £42 with delivery for these, without the 'Rover' Badge.... Money well spent I think..?? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1210001898...84.m1436.l2649
PS. And the MG ones are £51 Delivered, not £55.....

I was looking at getting genuine ones but not for £90!
I ended up getting these: http://www.matsunique.co.uk/prod.php?prod=174 I'm not sure what they are like as they have not arrived yet, but they look decent on there and I got the link from a thread on here. People seemed to be happy with them.

£90 is a bit much for mats. I have to admit paying nearly that for a set of brand new Rover 200 Coupe (Tomcat) mats a few weeks ago. But they have been NLA for donkeys years, and very rare to find.
The thing is, because they are so rare and expensive, I won't use them! Maybe just for shows. |

If you do an ebay search you get plenty to choose from, I picked a set of premium tailored mats for £30 delivered they are nice and thick fit perfectly have a gripping rear surface and the drivers mat has a heel pad and hole for fixing it to the floor as well as the stud (my ZT-T has no hooks fitted, talk about poverty spec).
Im happy with mine. Richard Last edited by Captain Crappycrimp; 20th February 2013 at 13:29.. |
