14 years old and able to afford the subs

And up late at night

Probably one of our old friends

Shame he has only 11 motorbikes I would have rounded it up 1 to 13

Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

I'm not aware of any age restrictions for such an interest...

No age restrictions, just they get a lot more interesting at that age

Hmmmm why? Are mountain bikes offensive to people from Yorkshire?

What's wrong with this? I let me 8 year old sit on my lap and steer round our field and my 11 year old has driven round it albeit with me in the passenger seat hovering over the gear stick and handbrake! I first drove a car across fields when I was 10 and that was without parents around!
Maybe it's just a country thing but we get use to handling machinery from a fairly young age and whilst I wouldn't let my children drive a car without me in the passenger seat I'm very keen that they learn the basics of car control well before they hit a public road at 17. Fact of the matter is that I could already handle a car fairly well before I started my driving lessons which meant that I could focus on the rules of the road without having to worry about how to make the thing go forwards and I then went on to pass my test first time with just 7 hours of lessons.
On the whole with appropriate supervision driving around a field in a car is pretty safe, there isn't anything to hit!

Such a long time ago now. Wasn't Lewis aged 15 when he joined this forum? I can't remember him having 11 motorbikes. We have another member who was quite young when she joined, Aimee Monkey, could have been 14

That's to be commended, it's what I suggested the OP did, and it's exactly what I did with my sons. The youngest passed his test two days after his 17th birthday. He could rebuild an engine at 15.
i where sitting on my dads lap in a rover 25 2004 plate at 3 and he would press the pedals and i would steer and at 13 rebuild a car
