Picked up my second 75 today, 300 mile round trip for X power grey contemporary, and look forward to some meets and banter again

It is noticeable that every time someone gives up the Marque another joins or re-joins Welcome back and she looks a beaut in X Power Grey - same as mine.

I know how you feel. I absconded for an S type which was a beautiful drive but unreliable and rot, and an x type that was agricultural, unreliable and rot. Getting back in a 75 last August was like putting on a favourite pair of shoes.

Are the Jag S and X really that bad for rot - i like the S type - and the V8 is something to consider

Before you think too deeply about buying one, I suggest you go through Ebay or Autotrader and look up the mot history as well as current mot status of all the S Types advertised. It is rare to find a good one. |
