This is the concern from that list
Nearside Rear Seat belt anchorage prescribed area strength or continuity significantly reduced Outer sill (7.1.1 (a) (i))

If it was not for that I'd say £500 or offer was ok

It is the blatant dishonesty that riles me. Well maintained, very good condition? That is not borne out by the number and type of defects. Definitely an untrustworthy seller.

Don't think that's a major issue to be fair, just needs a rear sill repair panel welded in or if you're not too fussed about aesthetics probably a 4" x 3" bit of steel cut from a scrap washing machine would get that through the MOT.

Some of these things an owner couldn't be reasonably expected to spot during a walkaround check, such as the drop link dust cover or corroded brake pipes, even a broken rear spring is not necessarily obvious without removing the wheels, but I don't know why anyone would present a car for MOT with several of the lights not working.

These are almost certainly just blown bulbs, the headlight intensity issue is probably because the lenses are fogged, but that's an easy fix with a £10 kit from ebay and an hour of DIY.

It needs some new parts but not enough I'd say to justify scrapping it.
