Big day today, the ZT is now taxed and insured which meant first trip out! It was only a short one to the petrol station about 5 miles away but still great to be driving a ZT again.

Generally she drove well however I do have a little work list now including new tyres all round and a 4 wheel alignment plus she's loosing coolant so I'll need to track down the source of that problem. The spare wheel well also resembles a fish tank now so I'm guessing rear light gaskets will need to be replaced.

After that the next big ticket item is paintwork, but I'll wait until next year before getting that done.

Excellent that this car is up and running again. The young guy that had it kept it on Sorn for a couple of years.
Here's an old thread on Said car.

Sadly it is currently off the road. I took it for a bit of a drive and as I pulled up at home there were clouds of steam everywhere. Turned out it has lost all it's coolant and then to make things worse when I went to move it a few days later the clutch just went to the floor so the slave cylinder has gone as well.

Thankfully Trikey who's local to me was kind enough to come and take a look at the weekend and has agreed to sort it out so hopefully it won't be off the road for too long.
