New Car Mats?
I need some new floor mats for my ZT, ideally with the little tags at the bottom on the drivers side to keep it in place.
Anyone have any recommendations? |

I bought the genuine MG set from RimmerBros, were a few bob but they've got the little tags at the bottom and seem fairly durable.

Ed's had these in from new and they are still in excellent condition! Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-EAH000180LNF |

I don't mind spending the £ if they are worth it, but £50 is a lot to spend on a set of mats. I expected them to be like £20...

They would have to be diamond encrusted for me to pay that!

Use the promo code IWANTADEAL and they are £11.84 delivered. They are tailored, and fit perfectly, so won't move about much anyway, but also have the little clip thing which holds the drivers side in place (although I don't use it on mine). If I had one complaint, they're a little thin, not tesco-value thin, but not premium standard etc (doesn't bother me as I have thick pile [non-tailored] mats on top of them anyway, just bought them to sit under the thick mats).

http://www.valuecarmats.com/p/751/rover-zt-car-mats - they're the ones for the ZT, though obviously they'll be the same.

Premium mats are fine for summer use, they are foam backed with no heel pad. The standard carpet mats with rubber backs and heel pad are harder wearing. I've had a set for five years and still look presentable. |
