Default Top end rebuild

Weather permitting I'll be taking the engine apart down to the block this weekend, I'm also going to remove the radiator to give it a once over and flush if it's still in decent condition.

Question 1. Is it worth sticking in the uprated oils rail in whilst I'm that deep into the engine with oil drained.

Question 2. Any other jobs I should be doing whilst the car is in this state. I'm thinking maybe gold resistor.

Look forward to people adding to my pain 😄

Aircon condenser is a must while the front end is off, also check all the wiring under the fusebox, shannon tube will need replacing if its still on the original one, also put fresh power steering fluid in while access is good.
