Default Electrics!

Is it just my car or did Rover just grab any coloured wire for the looms. I've been hunting for the steering wheel audio control wires. It's no wonder I've had problems because the loom colours just don't match the wiring diagram.

Rover would not have made the harnesses themselves, it would have been sub-contacted to a loom maker such as Rists etc

I'm sure that whoever made the looms was colour blind.

I've made looms at various times, but I hope I kept to the correct colours. It doesn't help that the audio wiring on my car was well and truly butchered.

The 75 looms were made in Coventry by Reinshagen UK, I blame the ex wife as she made them

She must have been so in love that she forgot to take off her rose tinted spectacles.
