Angry Rover 75 Dipped beam headlights - poor light

My Rover 75 (54 reg) has very poor dipped beam lights, even with LEDs is this a common problem, if so what is the solution?

Are the lenses clean? Presumably as it's a 54, you have projectors? Try osram nightbreakers
Also check the motors work when switching them on, ie, they raise and lower to the correct alignment

Another one for Osram Nightbreakers. Had mine in for 3/4 years.Have you tried adjusting the height of the beam by using the roll button on the headlight adjuster by the headlight switch?
