Any suggestions?

Hi, I came across your forum rover, I would like to ask one thing, as I
was unable to find anything good online, I found a good deal for a Rover
45 2.0i TD / 113CV rover, really beautiful and in excellent condition, I
am Italian and I live in Italy, and the car is in Italy, I could not
find any information on this engine, who produces it? has the
distribution belt (if yes, at what mileage do you change?) or the metal
chain ? thanks for any help or explanations, I would be happy to know
more about this engine to avoid future problems, thanks, regards Alessio
