Wycliffe Rover, Gloucester Gone Bust

I heard a few days ago that Wycliffe, Stroud & Gloucester have gone bust.

Apparently that leaves AE Wilcox, Wickwar as the only Rover Dealer on the M5 corridor between Birmingham and Bristol.

Anyone else heard any more on this?
