Default CD won't Eject

I have a CD stuck in the Radio/CD player in the dash.
The Radio CD in the R75 is a R-D-S M3-100 MP3 Disc model.
I tried to play a CD by placing it in the CD stacker in the boot, however no matter which slot I put it in the message posted on the radio face said "No CD'.
I then placed the CD in the single slot in the Radio in the dashboard – which is accessed by opening the facia panel of the radio - the player accepted the CD into the slot, however the message still said "No CD" and wouldn't play the CD.
When I tried to eject the CD from the player using the eject button on the rear of the radio facia, it wouldn’t eject the CD. The CD is now stuck in the player with the player indicating there is no CD and I can't eject it using the eject button.
I checked the CD to ensure it played before I put it into the player in the Rover.
Does anybody know firstly, how I get it to eject the CD and secondly, why the player keeps saying there is No CD available, when in fact there is a CD in the player.
Any ideas, or is it off to a Radio technician.
Cheers & Thanks
