Sun Roof Adjustment.
Just fitted new sun roof motor. All good except when the sun roof is closed it stops with the drivers side back corner about 1/4 inch lower than the passenger side one. I can ‘jiggle it’ flush by using a dab on the tilt switch.
I am guessing there is a manual adjustment to correct this and I am betting it's a PITA to accomplish. I may be wrong but I think another electrical stop set up will not work. Unless adjustment is easy I am happy with today’s achievement. Cheers Simon |

Sunroof adjustment
There is a "re-set" procedure that might help. Press the middle of the switch and hold it down for a full 15 seconds at least. The motor will then move slightly and adjust itself. If that doesn't work you may have got the glass slightly mis-aligned when refitting it and you could then try loosening the mounting screws and seeing if you can level it up.

Sunroof adjustment.
No, the 15 second reset did not work so it look like a spanner job. Does anyone know whether the frame is adjustable?

you probably need to adjust the glass. If you tilt the sunroof you will find the there are Torx screws one each side which hold the glass to the frame. If you loosen these off slightly and close the glass you can then level the glass up and then tighten the screws.
