christmas wouldn't exist if
christmas wouldn't exist in our house if it were not for the wife.
Yesterday she got the decorations out put up lights and I helped put up the tree. I would not bother if it were just me but the tree and lights do look good macafee2 |

My Christmas is already complete, my sister gave me a couple of wrapped presents today, though I know it's a bottle of Bells and a fruit cake, all I ever ask for.

Christmas does nothing for me now. My dad passed away 2 weeks before Christmas in 2016, and now my aunt is no longer with us, it’s just not the same.
I know neither of them would want me to be like this, but I can’t help it, if I was on my own I would still put a tree up, but wouldn’t bother much other than have a couple of weeks off. That is one thing I enjoy, my two weeks down time, switch off from work totally, then just recharge my batteries.
