Default Grommet holes above/near rear subframe

I've got two big (30mm approx) blanking grommets that I've taken out from somewhere near the rear subframe but I can't remember where exactly. They definitely came from one of these positions:

1) Green arrows in pic. Directly behind the fuel tank there's a transverse 'box' section with four holes in it - two near the rear fuel tank strap bolts and two between the pair of subframe bolt holes (the ones for the short arms of the subframe).

2) Blue arrows in pic. Directly in front of the spare wheel well there's another transverse 'box' section with two holes in it - one above the plastic fuel filler pipe and the other in the corresponding spot on the opposite side. (In the pic these two holes are covered by masking tape).

So that's six holes altogether but I've only got two grommets. Which holes did they come from? And should there be another four grommets?

Pic taken from under RH rear wheel arch.

There are also several smaller holes dotted about here and there and they're empty too. For instance, there's one near each of the ABS cable clips (the one of the right is visible in the above pic). Why are they empty?

PS. The two leftover grommets mentioned above are identical in size and shape to the ones that cover the holes in the ends of the sills (behind wheel arch liners).

They're for 25mm diameter holes - it's stamped on the back of the grommet!

Thanks for the offer Steve but I ordered an assortment box yesterday. It includes some 25mm which will hopefully fit - https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07BNJFK...395841_TE_dp_1

The question is - what are all these holes for in the first place, and why are they just left open to the elements.
