Tesco's Christmas commercial.
Tesco's light hearted Christmas commercial.
All tickidy-boo until it gets to the wartime Downing St bit where the delivery man arrives at number 10. Winston has forgotten to to draw his blackout curtains. See here......... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocIEskQuKOA Silly Tescos. Kev. |

Not a bad effort from Tesco though and I much prefer it to Sky's seasonal ad for its own services with the haunting music of The Little Drummer Boy played over it. The music was played by the Moors murderers, Brady and Hindley, as they tortured and murdered one of their young victims in the 60's and I still tend to associate the music with their evil acts. Gives me the creeps when I hear it as I'm sure it will do to others from a certain era.
