Worth A Look - Leicester

Just nosing around and found this on Gumtree at £300 in Leicester, it's a bit far for me just to look at , so maybe for someone here. It looks great but the MOT expired in November 2016 and it is SORNED.

It has a good MOT history as well ,No fails..

Been off road for two years, though...
Does look nice but may need a bit of work.

Having previously lived in Leicester and familiar with the area I was amused at how easily I correctly identified the general location before looking at the map!
