Default Bad parking? No, car broke down.

I could be harsh here as this is a great example of why drivers should have breakdown cover. It's been sat like this for 2 days. Half across a disabled bay and half across double yellow line with its rear poking out into live traffic. Note left in window to say will be back ASAP!
Sorry but 2 days is too long for arranging a tow home.

What is the problem?

It just looks like a normally parked up Volvo, on a school run, to me.

I’ll drive past again tomorrow and see if it’s still there. I’m sure there is some law being broken here. Get breakdown cover for heavens sake.

Perhaps it's parked there for a lorry or something to swipe the rear offside off so the car can have new shiny paintwork and a whiplash claim for the 7 occupants to pay for a holiday to some exotic location?

3 days before it was moved. I wonder if it got a ticket? At the very least the driver could have hired some muscle to park it straight?
