Default Weld repair needed

Would any member in the Newcastle area be able to weld in some reinforcement where the boot struts attach to the body of the car. Or alternatively recommend a local workshop that could do a good job. They haven't broken yet, but its only a matter of time. See photos below:

try a tube of quick steel putty its strong stuff if you cant get a welder rgds mark

Along with a pan mender washer used as a strongback, I've seen this done with good success in the past
