Default Electrical problems

Started driving last weekend and after a couple of hundred yards the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Three warning lights for ABS failure, Brake failure & Airbag failure intermittently show, sometimes all together sometimes just one or two. When the lights are on the computer/radio screen goes off. The windscreen wipers have also stopped working and now the battery is draining.
Car still seems to drive ad stop ok.
Any suggestions where to start?
The ECU appears dry and plenum drains clear.

Have a check in your boot for water ingress where the spare wheel is, the radio module lives in there and if wet, will cause some of the issues you are having.
