Shawn, it will read a few basic things, don`t let anyone put you off if you want to play around and see what your car is saying then get the app, make sure you get a decent Bluetooth adapter, there is some rubbish ones about.
You will find that on here there will always be someone to try and rattle you, upset you, it must be something in their personality.
