Sorry Steve you have been struck down and hopefully you will pull through. Tonight all of the nurses and doctors on the ward I am in, are wearing face masks, as there are a lot of bugs around.

Hi Phil, vaccinations will be a bit after the event this year, actually next Monday for covid and flu. I should be ok (or hope I'm ok) by then. Cough has all but gone, still the muscle aches and pains and the headache, max paracetamol dose to try to keep it at bay
