Good afternoon folks. Great to hear from those who have been missing for a while. Thursday night, I got the 24 hour sicky bug. I spent part of the early hours of Friday wrapped in a duvet on the bathroom floor as I daren't leave the room!!! No sleep whatsoever. No food at all until a small "plastic" rice pud out of the fridge this morning. It stayed down, so had a cup of tea. That brought it back!!! Water only from then on. Managed a lightly buttered toast for lunch and feeling a bit better now. The weather here is all over the place, with sun, cloud, wind and now, thundery, squally rain!

Hopefully I will be able to eat tonight. A bit of scrambled egg on toast maybe!

Her indoors has also had the headache and feeling generally off it for a few days. She said that "There's "stuff" going around". I just wish that it had gone around me!

Morning all, A brighter day with sunny intervals & no rain, I'll take that.
Enjoy the cottage pie Jeff it looks bootiful.

Just been checking on the plants & those first earlies seed potatoes (Ulster Prince) I planted about a month ago are just about breaking surface.

My sight must be a bit off as I missed some of the text and thought that your pic was the cottage pie. Apologies to you and Jeff

Managed to sleep up to 3am, got up for a cuppa, then back to bed till 8am. Hopefully better today so I can go shopping for mum (masked and gloved!).
