Default Chilly Climate Control

Probably not the usual climate control complaint but mine seems awfully cold! Any setting between LO and 26 results in the car being colder than the Arctic, 27 seems to be the only comfortable temperature, 28 is roughly outside temperature and HI is full on furnace.

Is this normal? I'm guessing not? I've never had or even driven a car with fancy climate control before so I just want to check before I start investigating temperature sensors and things
