IS ROVER 75 obd II COMPLIANT
Hi Everyone
Is my Rover 75 2001 OBD II compliant. I have a Memoscan model U480 which uses the OBD II protocol. I have plugged it into my car but nothing happens. I have used it on my Rover Streetwise 2004 and it works OK. Any ideas ? Cheers trimani |

I think 2001 is too early for OBD 2

Thanks for replies.
Seems that my 2001 petrol is not OBD II compliant, but if I find different I will post findings Cheers trimani |

All KV6 and K4 cars are OBD II compliant. They had to be in order to legally sell the cars. I don't know what legislation applied to diesels at the time though.

Yes all the petrols are compliant. The ignition needs to be on though, that might be why you arent getting any response.
