Rover saloon roof rails feet etc

Hi Have just been GIVEN a pair of genuine Rover 75 saloon roof rails. Their next stop would have been the tip. Only thing is, when I turned up for them, the guy said he didn't have the key. Also, looking at them, I need the set of pins so it will attach to the rails on the car roof. Can anyone assist please?

Read the lock number and get a key ordered they are available on eBay.
The bolts to attach them to the roof are stored inside the end covers so when you get a key remove the cover and fingers crossed the bolts are still inside.
