Gear knob adapter - manual.

Hi Have always liked the look of the early 75 manual gear knob - the crown is oval shaped rather then round. Am aware that it wouldn't fit my 04 plate - it would just spin. Is there an adapter available?

The inserts can be swapped over I believe
