Default 2.0 V6 on ebay - Burgundy? Dark Red?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rover-75-...sAAOSwCdhgDvJg

Can't tell due to the dust and sunlight, but I'm guessing it could be Dorchester? Or maybe Damsel?

Looks like Dorchester to me, although I love the idea of a damsel - more tasty than a damson! Dreadful advert - car filthy and stated on SORN, but that is use so mileage will increase!

Looks Dorchester to me, maybe ask big Russ to nip around during his daily exercise for a look.

I'd agree that it's definitely Dorchester Red.

It's potentially a very nice car with a bit of TLC and maintenance. He's not asking a fortune either.

If it is Dorchester, it will be the 3rd Club 2.0 on the list, and the 21st known Dorchester red.

Could be a nice little project shame the advert lets it down.
It never fails to amaze me the number of people trying to attract buyers by advertising dirty cars. £600 or not, how much effort is required to give it a quick wash and hoover before hand? And I never understood the purpose of showing pictures of a dirty or dusty engine bays to me only shows little attention is given to routine/daily maintenance. It doesn’t have to be polished up or gleaming but on this one there aren’t even signs of marks etc around the oil or water caps, power steering reservoir or any other disturbance under the bonnet and I bet the dipsticks never been used recently. Advertised as very well looked after – Mmmm really? Perhaps it’s just me expecting too but a little effort from some sellers would get them a quicker sale and maybe a bit more dosh

Only got to the picture of the engine. That was enough for me. I bet the servicing was as good. Poor thing.

Definately a Dorchester, with a bit of TLC and some better alloys, could be a stunner

If anyone is thinking of buying this, have a good look at the sill repairs that have been done, it was a previous mot fail.

Thanks Trikey. I actually had this in my 'watch' list and more than happy to travel, when time permitted. I liked the colour. As SD1too mentioned I thought it could make a nice car.
