Default PPD door reflectors

There's a set of Rover 75 PPD door reflectors on Ebay at present. £15 plus postage.

I don't recognise these so I presume they were only fitted to earlier cars, or only some models?

These, and many other things, were fitted to the cars before BMW started cost cutting. Have a look here.

Default Door reflectors

I agree with Steve. During the project, they were replaced with circular reflective paper disks. I 'doubled up' with a set of these plastic reflective squares.
