Don't be daft Rich, everybody here knows (or has an idea) what you're going through, nobody is going to blame you for an occasional outburst and certainly won't take it to heart. You concentrate on getting back to normal . . . . or as close to normal as you ever were

I've been that low Rich and what you're talking about isn't the answer. Thankfully I managed to give myself a shake and a good talking to! I'd come down to see you but my health is really bad now and the car isn't on the road, no energy or enthusiasm to get it up and running again.

Try speaking to your GP, may be able to point you towards more support. Stick with it Rich, we're all with you.

Hang in there Rich, I echo what others have said, speak to your GP about how you are feeling.

Hi Rich, I was feeling that way earlier in the year when I lost Sue. Talking about my situation helped
, It is hard when you are down but try to think of your loved ones as they will be thinking of you.
Even posting on the forum is a positive step and we can reply , talk or message to help you.
Please take care of yourself.
All the best.
Dave

Hi Rich, I am not going to say I know how you feel because I have never been in your situation, there is always something better just round the corner, we are all on here for you maybe keep talking to us and we can help you through what ever you are thinking.
