Technically this Tory government is my government but in any conversation home or abroad, I would say I didn’t vote for them and they don’t represent me and my values. If fact I would go much further. It is a democracy and I am hopeful that the next government more represents my views.

Our Archbishop says the Rwanda solution is ungodly. If I had to guess I would think this idea might last through the May elections and would eventually just be another solution that doesn’t happen.

Quick clip from Guardian. Priti Patel could face a Home Office mutiny over plans to process migrants 5,000 miles away in Rwanda after overruling officials to push through the scheme. The home secretary issued a rare ministerial direction to overrule concerns of civil servants about whether the scheme would deliver value for money. It is only the second ministerial direction – an order enforced by a minister despite objection from a permanent secretary – the Home Office has received in 30 years. The first was to speed up the Windrush compensation scheme before legislation. Civil servants could stage mass walk-outs in protest against the new plans, unions have warned. And from here i now unsubscribe.

I suspect if one examined her paperwork there will be skeletons there. Perhaps she could be deported to Rawanda?

Hoping for a Divine Intervention is at best a forlorn hope. At worst... holocaust.
