Brake fault
Hello, can anyone shed light on a brake fault problem?
I've just replaced the 2 brake pipes than run from the front joints by the front subframe, to the rear flexi hoses. I've bked the brakes in the correct order, but now I have a brake fault that wasn't there before. When I switch ignition on, all the lights go out as they should, then after about 3 seconds, the brake fault warning appears, then goes out after about 3 seconds,, and the handbrake symbol stays on. The brakes feel fine, there are very good pads and handbrake shoes, and discs, all fitted about 2000 miles ago. All calipers bled properly, no issues. I've plugged a code reader in, and it says no codes. Any suggestions please,,,, cheers, Mark. |

Brake fluid low in the reservoir? That is the only thing that will throw up the brake warning light, unless by some chance the switch on the handbrake has failed at the same time!!
