That's cool Steve, Never seen woodpeckers in this neck o the woods.

Knockhill is the other side of the Forth from me and it has been wishing down all morning here as well. Only starting to dry up a bit now.

The wind has got up now & the skies have darkened, Looks like a downpour soon, Temps have dropped too I was going to put a ASDA lasagne in the oven for tea but it's too humid to cook owt

Henry's apple juice stores replenished only they had none of my usual vintage dry so it's Henry's signature cider instead.
The doctors receptionist has managed to misplace my blood test results from the other day Too late to get another test as I was supposed to take it with me to the urologist appointment on Tuesday

The birds are so used to us they rarely bother even if we're sitting outside, its quite relaxing watching them. House Sparrows, Tree Sparrows, various T1ts, Greenfinches, Goldfinches, Chaffinches, Bullfinches, Siskins, the Woodpeckers are a bit wary but they're coming round as well. Add to that we get field mice in the evening picking up the dropped seeds. As I write this Mrs (or Mr) Woodpecker is on one of the feeders, why get a migraine headbutting a tree when there's free food .

Cool

Garden furniture arrived in two vans. One had the chairs, cushions, sofa, parasol plus pole. The other van had the coffee table. Still it’s here, I’ll have a go at building the parasol tomorrow. It has 4 huge granite slabs to hod it place.

Sea bass fillets, new pots and salad for tea. Just broken out the Henry’s.
