Longest day of the year
Here we are, the evening of the longest day of the year.
Where has the year gone? The days will now get shorter and in a few months, colder and darker. Major jobs still to do. Some jobs will not get done. Time seems to go so fast, not enough summer days in the year. Looking out of the window across the fields, with the golden sun on the fields and the sky clear, just wonderful. macafee2 |

.... And just four days later we're halfway to Christmas.
Know what you mean about time flies, never seems to be enough hours when we look back at the end of the year. Suppose that's why we have new years resolutions good intentions and all that to address the things left undone the previous year..... Then by week two that detailing still isn't done as hoped. 8,760 hours does go quicker than it feels it should, a third of it we don't get to see being asleep. At least you're right the long days are worth enjoying at present. Now, that detailing.......
