What rear blower would that be?
If your referring to only cold air coming out of the centre console vent, that's how it designed.
The warm air for the rear comes from ducting that runs under the front seats.
There is no rear heater blower unfortunately.
I do have one in my 73 P5B Coupe though!!

Default Rear blower

As in through the vent above the rear ashtray. To be honest, when I bought the Club, it didn't and still doesn't have the vents; it has the blanking-cup thing. Would it just be a case of fixing the vent in place?

The vents only blow cold air, the blanked off cup thing was in replacement of a rear ashtray, easily swapped over

You mean it doesn't have this?

I think the OP is referring to the fact that his car does not have the rear air vents fitted. In place of that he has a little oval shaped stowage compartment. I think that this was standard fit on classic spec cars. I think he is asking how easy it would be to retrofit the air vents in place of the storage compartment - will the ducting etc be in place etc.

Never realised that the Classic model does not have the vent in the rear of the arm-rest - will have to look out for this.

The vents are only present with an aircon system.
There's no air duct fitted in the central consul and the heater unit is unlikely to have a connector for one.

The OP has a Club not a Classic (if he is talking about the car in his public profile).
As far as I recall, all Clubs have A/C - Climate Control.
The rear ashtray sits towards the bottom of the centre console & I think it's more of a cubby/coin box nearer the top if the vent isn't present.
It's only for cold air regardless.
