Default D pillars

Hi Everyone,
Am in the process of retro-ing the 75. Bought a chrome figure head. Then started buying early MK 1 badges. I received a pair of D pillars through the post. To be honest, I bought them for the badges. Debating whether to fix the pillars to the 75, or would it be a bad idea to disturb the present ones? Anyway, the pillars I received through the post; their in pretty good condition. Turned them over and saw that five of those white rubber clips were missing. If it would be do-able to swap the D pillars, what would be the part number of these white clips and where would I buy some please? I spoke to Rimmers but they couldn't assist.

The "C" pillars are easy enough to remove, open door, you'll see a screw, remove, then slide the cover down & out from the chrome strip. Simply use the clips from your other trims, jobs jobbed, as they say
