This is rather stunning......
I have no connection with the ad but if anyone fancies a British Racing Green and Sandstone Connie SE 2.5 auto with all the trimmings for under 50,000 miles, they don't come much prettier than this:

It does look nice. Looking at the service record, it's been serviced twice by the same local independent garage that look after my Lagoon '75

And I've just spent that on a clapped out Honda.

Looks nice enough, but spoiled by the zt wooden steering wheel which a lot of zt owners would like!

Superb
A really beautiful specimen - the interior looks wonderful and , especially , the leather work. In fact , the whole car does more than justice to British car design. One of mine is much like this car in British Racing Green but I have black leather interior . Quite taken with the Chrome door mirrors - I have a spare pair and may now swap them for the green ones currently in place.
At 50K miles someone is going to get a terrific vehicle that has clearly been cared for. Thanks for drawing attention to this car - kind of lifts the spirits! |

Don't you think our cars look amazing on photographs?
Whenever I look at pictures like this it just makes me smile, they always look so nice. It also makes me wonder, how on earth do they stay looking so clean inside with such a totally impractical colour, the carpets in particular. Do you have to change into carpet slippers to drive em?

Don't have grotty kids with ice cream, don't treat the inside like a refuse tip, don't smoke, the inside of mine is like that nice and clean, Rev. |

So it went for £4601 yesterday. Quite a price, quite a car. Congratulations to the new owner.

It went for a fair bit more than that - there was a buyer's premium of £500 or £600 to pay, depending on where you live.
