Didn't know that, he hasn't been in a hurry to sell this one that's for sure. He contacted me about 4 months ago about a T4 session on it and when I went to see it I remarked how good it was as there's not many around in that condition with such low mileage. I remembered it very well when I saw it on eBay.

Very tempted to buy this car. Only problem, I don't need another car. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this thought.

Banned or not it's a lovely car.
Garage it for 10 years and see what happens to prices?

I cracked and she's now mine I'll post a few photos when I get time to take a proper look and report. She certainly looks the part. Mark delivered the car driving from Manchester to Redruth today and took my ZTT in part exchange. Sad to see her go, but I couldn't justify another car in the fleet. Over 600 miles in one day. He's earned his rest tonight. Respect for excellent service.

That's interesting considering all the other nice comments, I've just read through why he was banned - two sided story that.
Seller is a trader and IMHO it was a bit on the expensive side for me (and I'd get shot if I bought another 75 anyway) but I saw this whilst I was away in Canada and thought it looked really good in black but - R75 and boot spoiler....umm. Now just read through the spec. again - front and rear ARB links replaced, weren't rear drop links/ARB dropped from the spec. by 2004 - and it's now beginning to look like one of those other gushy trader adds dressed up as private?
Gone to a good home, well done Martin keep us updated

From post 16 :-

front and rear ARB links replaced, weren't rear drop links/ARB dropped from the spec. by 2004

I was intrigued by this, the 2004 specification brochure (for facelift model) quotes :-

Rear anti-roll bar on V6 saloons, and all tourers.

So yes, they were dropped on the 1.8 and diesel saloons. We live and learn.

Regards

Mike

Default Trader or private.

it's now beginning to look like one of those other gushy trader adds dressed up as private?

Having looked at this advert and read it to the end he clearly states see my 100% feedback for selling cars.

Just returned from a night ride to post a letter ( needed any excuse ) Delighted with the way she runs. I've turned into a carpet slippers driver but no pipe yet.
Very pleased with the relative silence and the smooth auto box. Everything seems to work. Very happy chappie, ( happy wife, happy life). Thanks again to Mark for delivering her such a long way. Planning to take her to the Mount Edgcombe meet on August 7th.
