Default Pioneer Detachable Tablet

My MG ZT 2005 2ltr diesel came with a VDO CR 213X cassette player and C/D changer in the boot (which i don't think is working and don't have any cassettes )
Whilst looking for possible radios to install instead of said unit,I came across this as i like the idea of removing the tablet when going to shows and using the camera or video and taking it into the house to update and load Apps.

Has anybody seen these in action or know of them and can i get DAB+ on it

Default

According to the specs it only has FM/AM reception but it has TuneIn radio onboard so just hotspot your mobile and listen to your station of choice through the app. Free to use and much more choice than DAB.
