Good evening all, we had a quiet and calm crossing last night over the Irish Sea and reached our destination midday. The management of the complex of cottages must of thought we were trouble, as they gave us, what must have been the worst cottage they had. A house for singles or people having an affair with a naughty weekend away. None of the plates or cups matched up.

It smelled of musty fish and all the beds were single. The beds had plastic crackly nappies under the bottom sheets and the mattresses had all been bonked out, worn down to the base, not good. The WiFi and TV was not working and when I told the management we were on our honeymoon

suddenly they found us a house which didn’t stink and had a lovely big double bed in it. They couldn’t do enough to be nice to us
