Morning Rev, Magnet fishing is the "New fishing" these days I watched one video on 'magnet fishing' on the canals in Manchester and these guys pulled bike after bike (Hire bikes) out of the canals, so much so the company has packed up & left because of the deadbeats throwing these bikes in the canals.

Lots of DVLA wheel clamps pulled out too

These new magnets have a pulling force of a ton

A belated good morning to one and all - it's like Summer here today!
Slowly clearing low cloud, and temperatures forecast to be up to 19°C by mid-afternoon. I'd better retrieve the short sleeved shirts from the back of the wardrobe where I consigned them last weekend

Maya has turned into a real character, sweet, loving and nuts! If I'm on the laptop and she decides she wants up she'll get on her back legs, bark at me and keep hitting the laptop with her paw until I put it down and she's straight up for a cuddle.

Trouble is when she gets up Suzy and Pops get jealous and decide they want up as well, end up buried under the three of them!

Afternoon all, I took my sister to an appointment this afternoon (she doesn't drive) and thought I'll use my Sat Nav instead of the in-car one, I bought it ages ago so I thought it could do with a run out & charge the battery, worked great but getting out of the car I dropped it & broke the on/off button son of a *$&+*

I think I might be making another tea! I bought one of those Aldi "ping meals", a chicken tikka masala that's supposed to be mild, it would strip paint off cars I had a little taste & Yikes I wouldn't like to taste the hot version.

One of my recipes is a lamb kahari, usually just a touch on the hot side. My wife had some of her Filipina friends coming and asked me to make some. As it was a bigger batch than usual I had to increase the ingredients . . . . and cocked up somewhere. It was thermo nuclear hot, just about glowing, the steam from it made your eyes water, much to my amazement they ate it and loved it
