Wraymond - he has not posted up in a while. Even though we have not always seen eye to eye in banter, I hope he is okay. Has anyone heard from him? His last post was on 23 August?

I’ll get Paul to find out as he lives quite close to Wraymond.

Morning all from a sunny, but cool, North Yorkshire.
I wasn't keen on getting out of bed this morning, mainly because it's my biannual visit to the tooth doctor today.

I don't know why dentists don't follow marinabrian's lead and offer a service - send them your teeth in the post, they sort out 'em out (bit of catty paste if necessary), give 'em a rub down with fine emery paper and a quick coat of polish and post 'em back to you within 48 hours

There is one consolation - the pork pie shop is on the ground floor immediately below the dentists - so guess what I'm having for lunch

Phil, he sent me a PM on 24th August to basically say he had had enough of seeing genuine members leaving through spiteful comments and so didn't want to be a part of the club any longer.

I'm sure he is fine, and hopefully some time away may see him reconsider and return in due course, that is my hope anyway.

Thank you Paul for that. I agree with your thoughts. I did read in one of the posts Ray wrote up about going to Italy with his wife for a month. I think it was September he was going. Hopefully he will return and having time off from the forum will recharge his batteries and we can look forward to his contributions.
