rover 75 v6 front exhaust manifold

hi could somebody tell me how long it will take to change the front exhaust manifold on a rover 75 2.5 thanks

All according If you know how to do it and have the right tools.or if you have a hydraulic ramp or doing it on the floor. Some one like Marinabrian/Trikey/BigRuss and the like can tell you for sure. My guess is around one hour to hour and half.
